Zvone Kuželj established the company for sheet metal forming. He named it SAX Constructions l.l.c.

The company invests significant resources in the development of its machine park. In that year began the partnership with the TRUMPF company, which is becoming more strategically important and firm every year.

Alongside the departments for sheet metal punching and bending we can mention the department of stamping elements or inserts.

In 2015 profound changes were introduced in the management and standardization of work processes. In mid-2015 the company acquired the certification for ISO standard.

On the 01.01.2016 the SAX Constructions company moved to another location, where a completely new production plant was established.
